Chelsea have clinched the Barclays Premier League trophy after beating West Brom one nill on Friday courtesy of Michy Batshuayi’s lone goal.
The Belgian international came in from the bench in the 76th minute and scored the winning goal in the 82nd minute to give Chelsea a hard fought victory with two games to go.
There were unstopable celebrations from the fans, players and the coach after the last whistle of the game in 95th minute.
Antonio was seen jumping up and down while huging his players with smiles over his face for clinching his first trophy with Chelsea in his first season at the club.
The coach’s run of winning trophies is unstopable as he did with Juventus before coming to Stamford Bridge.
This is their sixth trophy in their football history and second in three years.
